8 Reasons Why Other Programs Fail
  1. Following a fad diet that is unsafe or nutritionally unsound. Diets.com.sg offers meal plans that are generated using sound dietetic principals and do not compromise your health just to sell you a quick fix program.

  2. Meal plans are boring or have little variety (such as Liquid Diet or the Cabbage Soup diet) so that it is difficult to stay on that plan for long. Diets.com.sg meal plans are different everyday and you can exchange out items in your meals to suit your taste. In addition, DCS meal plans uses food that are familiar to Asian taste and thus easy-to-find locally.

  3. Not getting help and support. You can't do it alone. What we offer you is support from our professional staff that has a lot of experience helping people like yourself to lose weight. Moreover, you will have access to a community of fellow dieters whom you can post questions to and share your own experience with. Many members have found this service to be invaluable, talking it out with someone who is facing similar challenges.

  4. Not including exercise as part of the weight loss program. If you try to diet without exercising, your body's metabolism will slow down. At DCS, we are not interested in selling you a crash diet that only make you lose water weight or starve you to lose a few pounds. We switch you over to a maintenance plan when you have achieved your goal weight, and recommend that you stay with the program till you are comfortable doing it on your own.

  8. Not being able to stick to an exercise program. Are you ready to quit your exercise program after a few weeks? In order to stick to an exercise program, it must be enjoyable. That means you have to find several activities that you enjoy doing, plus explore new ones you have not tried before to keep it interesting.
