offers meal plans that are generated using sound dietetic principals and do not
compromise your health just to sell you a quick fix program.
- Meal plans are boring or have little variety (such as Liquid Diet or the
Cabbage Soup diet) so that it is difficult to stay on that plan for long.
Diets.com.sg meal plans are different everyday and you can exchange out items in your
meals to suit your taste. In addition, DCS meal plans uses food that are familiar to
Asian taste and thus easy-to-find locally.
- Not getting help and support. You can't do it alone. What we offer you is
support from our professional staff that has a lot of experience helping people
like yourself to lose weight. Moreover, you will have access to a community of fellow
dieters whom you can post questions to and share your own experience with. Many
members have found this service to be invaluable, talking it out with someone who
is facing similar challenges.
- Not including exercise as part of the weight loss program. If you try to

manageable goals that you can reach within a fixed timeframe. We also do not advocate
being too thin. We help you monitor your weight progress and adjust your plan as needed
to reach those goals.
- Not learning how to keep the weight off long term. How many times have you lost
weight quickly just to gain it all back a few weeks later? At DCS, we are not interested
in selling you a crash diet that only make you lose water weight or starve you to lose
a few pounds. We are interested in helping you lose weight and keep the weight off for
the rest of your life! We switch you over to a maintenance plan when you have achieved
your goal weight, and recommend that you stay with the program till you are comfortable
doing it on your own.
- Not being able to stick to an exercise program. Are you ready to quit your exercise
